Whisky Swedish Smoke
Smoke! Something that characterizes Sweden and the Nordics very well.
In this bonbon, we have captured the smoke in a caramel made of Mackmyra’s single malt whisky named ‘’Svensk Rök’’ (Swedish smoke). Mackmyra is a well-known whisky distillery in Sweden who we think fit perfectly in this bonbon. Finally, we pair the caramel along with a smoked ganache made from the dark chocolate Accra 62%.
