Violet Blackberry
A Swedish summer garden in a bonbon. A floral violet fondant meets a caramel ganache flavored with blackberries, wrapped in a shell from the milk chocolate Sao Palme 36%.

Whisky Swedish Smoke
Smoke! Something that characterizes Sweden and the Nordics very well. In this bonbon, we have captured the smoke in a caramel made of Mackmyra’s single malt whisky named ‘’Svensk Rök’’ (Swedish smoke). Mackmyra is a well-known whisky distillery in Sweden who we think fit perfectly in this bonbon. Finally, we pair the caramel along with a smoked ganache made from the dark chocolate Accra 62%.

One of the most appreciated spices in Sweden, cardamom! In a dark shell of Sao Palme 60% hides a smooth ganache made from Caramelito 36% flavored with cardamom.

Raspberry Salty Liquorice
Raspberry and salty liquorice, a typical Swedish combination. A raspberry jelly together with a salty liquorice caramel in a shell made from the white organic chocolate Dominicana 36%.

Elderflower Strawberry
Two very typical Swedish summer flavors. In this bonbon we find a strawberry jelly flavored with elderflower syrup followed by a ganache made from the white chocolate Edelweiss 36% and elderflower butter. With handpicked elderflowers from Sickla in Stockholm, Sweden.

Nubbe – Dill – Kavring
This one is a true Swedish classic. The Nubbe! During Swedish holidays, such as Christmas and Midsummer, we enjoy ice-cold aquavit alongside potatoes, dill, kavring (rye bread), sour cream and herring. In this bonbon, we want to take this tradition even further by capturing all these flavors together (except the potatoes and the herring). A syrup made from Stockholms Bränneri´s aquavit followed by a ganache flavored with dill and sour cream, all resting on a base made of rye bread.
